Vergi, nesnenin kadastro de\u011ferine g\u00f6re hesaplan\u0131r ve t\u00fcr\u00fcne ve konumuna ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Konut m\u00fclk\u00fc %4.55 vergiye tabidir. \u00d6demeler, aralar\u0131ndan se\u00e7im yapabilece\u011finiz iki uygun se\u00e7enekle yap\u0131l\u0131r: katk\u0131 pay\u0131n\u0131, her biri May\u0131s ay\u0131 sonunda ve Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda \u00f6denmek \u00fczere iki e\u015fit par\u00e7aya b\u00f6lmek; t\u00fcm miktar\u0131 bir kerede, tercihen y\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda yat\u0131rmak.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ya\u015fayan vatanda\u015flar ve yabanc\u0131lar e\u015fit vergi kanunlar\u0131na tabidir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de kamu hizmetlerinin maliyeti nedir?<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Su i\u00e7in \u00f6deme<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>1 metrek\u00fcp so\u011fuk su maliyeti ortalama 4,75 TL&#8217;dir. Ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 ortalama su t\u00fcketimi 25-40 TL civar\u0131ndad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de merkezi bir s\u0131cak su temini sistemi yoktur, bu nedenle t\u00fcm apartmanlarda ve konutlarda bireysel su \u0131s\u0131t\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Elektrik i\u00e7in \u00f6deme<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ayn\u0131 elektrik \u015farj kurallar\u0131 ge\u00e7erlidir. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de elektrik maliyeti 0,5982 TL \/ 1 kWh&#8217;dir. Ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 ortalama elektrik maliyetinin 100 lira ve \u00fczeri oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Aydat &#8211; konut kompleksinin topraklar\u0131n\u0131n bak\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in kompleksin sakinlerine \u00f6deme yap\u0131lmas\u0131. \u00dccretin miktar\u0131, kompleksin d\u00fczeyine ve konut sakinleri taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lan hizmetlere ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Konut kompleksinin i\u00e7 altyap\u0131s\u0131 ne kadar geli\u015fmi\u015fse, Aydat&#8217;\u0131n ayl\u0131k \u00fccreti o kadar y\u00fcksek olacakt\u0131r.
