Art\u0131k yabanc\u0131lar arabalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n \u00f6tesine ta\u015f\u0131yarak T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de 2 y\u0131l boyunca kullanabiliyor. Ancak, bu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmde dikkat etmeye de\u011fer bir\u00e7ok \u00f6zellik var !!!<\/p>\n<p><strong>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye kim araba ta\u015f\u0131yabilir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n 6 ay\u0131 (185 g\u00fcn) yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131nda (T\u00fcrkiye d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda) ikamet eden yabanc\u0131lar, yabanc\u0131 numaral\u0131 ara\u00e7lar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye getirme hakk\u0131na sahiptir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gerekli belgeler<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ara\u00e7 tescil belgesi.<\/li>\n<li>\u00dclkenizdeki yetkili bir kurum taraf\u0131ndan verilmi\u015f ehliyet.<\/li>\n<li>Sigorta poli\u00e7esi.<\/li>\n<li>Arac\u0131n sahibi emeklilik ya\u015f\u0131nda bir ki\u015fi ise, noter onayl\u0131 ve yerel dile \u00e7evrilmi\u015f bir emeklilik belgesi sunman\u0131z gerekir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Arac\u0131 kim s\u00fcrebilir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>29 Eyl\u00fcl 2009 tarihli Bakanlar Kurulu Karar\u0131n\u0131n 4458 say\u0131l\u0131 g\u00fcmr\u00fck mevzuat\u0131n\u0131n baz\u0131 maddelerinin uygulanmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin 43. maddesinde &#8220;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye ge\u00e7ici olarak ithal edilen mallar kiralanamaz, \u00f6d\u00fcn\u00e7 al\u0131namaz ve sat\u0131lamaz.&#8221; Yani prensip olarak arac\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye getiren ki\u015fi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hi\u00e7 kimse arac\u0131 s\u00fcremez.<br \/>\nAncak, Kabine Y\u00f6netmeli\u011finin hem 16. hem de 15.
