										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I den här artikeln kommer vi att svara på frågan: &#8220;Hur får man turkiskt medborgarskap för att köpa fastigheter i Turkiet?&#8221;</p>
<p>Utländska medborgare som inte arbetar i Turkiet investerar i fastigheter i Turkiet inom de gränser och belopp som fastställs i enlighet med presidiets beslut, liksom deras makar och barn under 18 år kan få turkiskt medborgarskap. Enligt de senaste förordningarna som antogs 2018 kan utländska medborgare som har köpt fastigheter (bostäder eller icke-bostäder) till ett värde av minst 250 000 USD, liksom deras makar och barn under 18 år, ansöka om turkiskt medborgarskap. Det finns inga begränsningar för antalet köpta fastigheter. Som ett resultat av att göra nödvändiga investeringar och samla in relevanta dokument, lämnas en ansökan om att få turkiskt medborgarskap för fastighetsinvesteringar till generaldirektoratet för befolkning och medborgarskap under Turkiets inrikesministerium.</p>
<p>För att få turkiskt medborgarskap genom att köpa fastigheter måste du först registrera fastigheter på minst 250 000 $ eller motsvarande annan utländsk valuta i turkiska lira. En notarie måste upprätta ett kontrakt med en anteckning som förbjuder avslag i tre år. Man bör komma ihåg att överlåtelse eller upphävande av äganderätt inte kan göras inom en viss tidsperiod.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Lagliga begränsningar</strong></p>
<p>Republiken Turkiet ger medborgare i 185 länder rätt att få medborgarskap för köp av fastigheter, förutsatt att de följer följande lagliga begränsningar:</p>
<p>Utländska medborgare kan köpa fastigheter upp till tio procent (10%) av distriktets yta. Vid behov har ministerrådet rätt att fördubbla denna gräns (20%).<br />
En utländsk medborgare kan köpa upp till 30 hektar (300 000 kvadratmeter) fastigheter i hela Turkiet. Vid behov har ministerrådet rätt att fördubbla denna gräns (60 ha).<br />
Fastigheten i fråga får inte placeras i ett militärt eller begränsat område.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Betalning</strong></p>
<p>Det är obligatoriskt att visa ett kvitto för alla transaktioner. Därför är det viktigt att transaktionen genomförs via banker. Ett bankbekräftat bankkvitto som anger att motsvarande belopp har deponerats av köparen på säljarens konto tillhandahålls vid ansökningstillfället. Följande bör noteras: mottagningsdatumet måste vara tidigare än noteringen av avtalet eller senast dagen för avtalets ingående. Ett kvitto för betalning som gjorts efter registrering hos en notarie är ogiltigt, eftersom det inte kan betraktas som en kontant betalning.</p>
