A unique complex with the concept of a boarding house in Kargicak

We present to your attention a unique and the first project in the history of Turkey that has no analogues – This complex will be located in Kargicak, a developing and promising area located on the border with Mahmutlar. The concept is a holiday home, a boarding house designed for elderly people.
A house where they will be surrounded by their peers. A home where they will
be taken care of. A house where they will be comfortable. A house where they will find it interesting to live again!

The complex consists of 4 blocks, united by a common two lower floors. Total
each block has 7 floors, 5 of which are residential. There are only 3 or 4 on each floor
apartments (the number depends on the block).
All apartments are small, designed for 1-2 people, studios and “one-bedroom”
(Turkish 1 + 1).
In total, 62 apartments will be built, including 20 studios
On the first and second floors there will be a variety of activities (social
infrastructure) for guests.
